Sir,

We, 'the students of XII Commerce Group of your college, have the honour to state that we would like to travel on a study tour to Cox's Bazar. you recognize that mere reading cannot make our knowledge complete. Study tour not only entertains but also educates us. The study tour arTanged by us will cost taka 1,00,000. We are willing to contribute half the entire expenditure (s15). We are in need of taka 50,000/- for this excursion. 

May we, therefore, hope that you simply would be kind enough to allow us to travel on a study tour to Cox's Bazar and sanction us the cash that we require more.
